See your property’s carbon potential in 3 minutes

Initial Assessment is free. Here’s what to expect.

How It Works

Three steps. Three minutes.

1

Create your boundary

Search for your property, then select the land parcels that make up your property. No surveyor needed.

See your verdict

In about a minute you get a star rating and a plain-English verdict. Add your email and we send the full report to your inbox. No account needed.

3

Explore it on the map

Page through your results on the map: carbon yield, value for money, project size and rainfall, each shown across every part of your land.

What You Get

A clear verdict, backed by the numbers

A clear verdict

A star rating and a plain recommendation: strong, marginal, or not worth pursuing. It weighs up every measure so you do not have to.

Carbon yield potential

How much carbon your land could store over 25 years, mapped across every part of your property. Green is strong, red is weak.

Value for money

Enter what your land is worth and see the cost of each carbon credit it could earn. A quick read on whether the numbers stack up.

Project size

Whether your property is big enough to be worth it. We size up your total area and plantable hectares, and show how much market interest a project this size tends to attract.

Rainfall

Average yearly rainfall for your location, from Bureau of Meteorology data.

Your Guide

Ask anything about carbon farming

A conversational AI assistant built into the platform. Ask general questions about carbon farming or get help understanding your specific property results.

General questions

“What project types are available?” “How do carbon credits work?”

Questions about your property

“What do my results mean?” “Is my rainfall enough?”

Example conversation

Is my property good for carbon farming?

Your assessment looks strong on scale and value: about $15 per credit and 122 tonnes of CO₂ per hectare. The one to watch is rainfall, which is on the marginal side.

Want me to show the carbon yield map over your property?

Yes please

✓ Carbon yield map added

Green areas show where your carbon potential is highest. Your western parcels look strongest.

What is permanence period?

It is how long the carbon has to stay locked up. You can choose 25 or 100 years.

At 25 years you keep about 75% of the credits. At 100 years you keep about 95%.
